Biography
Born in 1944, Kalynia village, Khmelnytskyi region. Graphic artist. Honored Artist of Ukraine (1999). Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1977). Laureate of the Ivan Ohienko Prize (2010). Laureate of the V. Rozvadovskyi Prize (1994). Graduated from Chernivtsi Art and Craft School (1961), Kyiv State Art Institute (1974). Teachers in the specialty: O. Kryvonis, V. Kasiian, T. Yablonska. Since 1997, he has been a lecturer in painting at the Kamianets-Podilskyi Pedagogical Institute, since 1999 – Associate Professor of the Department of Fine Arts, Professor. Participant of exhibitions since 1972.
