Biography
Born in 1927, Chervonyi Hai (Zaporizhzhia region). Painter, graphic artist. Participant of the Second World War. He graduated from the Odesa State Art School named after M. Hrekov (1958) and the Lviv Polygraphic Institute named after I. Fedorov. Teachers in the specialty: L. Muchnyk, M. Mutselmacher. He taught painting and drawing in secondary schools of Khmelnytskyi (until 1968). He was the founder of the Khmelnytskyi Children’s Art School (1968). He worked as the director of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Art and Production Plant, the Art Fund of the Ukrainian SSR (1973-1987). Participant of exhibitions since 1957. He was awarded medals.
