Biography
Born in 1924, Krasnohrad (Kharkiv region). Graphic artist, painter. Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine (1993). Member of the Ukrainian Union of Artists (1966). He was awarded medals. Participant of the Second World War. He studied at the Lviv Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (1947-1951). Graduated from the Kyiv State Art Institute (1955). Teachers in the specialty: R. Selskyi, S. Hebus-Baranetska, V. Kasian. Chief artist of the Kyiv Society of Artists (1960-1963); Art Fund of the Ukrainian SSR (1965-1969); creative association “Artist” (1976-1977). Participant of exhibitions since 1959.
