Biography
Born in 1927, Andriykivtsi (Khmelnytskyi region). Painter. Member of the National Union of Artists (1978). Laureate of the Regional Prize named after V. Rozvadovskyi (2002) and Taras Shevchenko (2007), the City Prize named after B. Khmelnytskyi (1998). Participant of the Second World War. He has received combat awards. Graduated from the two-year course of the Moscow Correspondence People’s University of Arts named after N. Krupskaia (1950) and Odesa State Art School named after M. Hrekov (1956). Teachers in the specialty: V. Tokarev, I. Logvyn, L. Muchnyk. Participant of exhibitions since 1956.
