Biography
Born in 1938, Znamenivka (Dnipro region). Graphic artist, painter, monumentalist. Honored Artist of Ukraine (2009). Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1976). Laureate of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine (2017). Member of the Kyiv artistic association “Bratstvo Prepodobnoho Alipiia” (1992). Member of the Association of Independent Ukrainian Artists (1993). Graduated from Dnipro State Art School (1961) and Kyiv State Art Institute (1967). Teachers in the specialty: O. Syrotenko, V. Chekaniuk, I. Shtilman. Participant of exhibitions since 1970.
