Biography
Born in 1842 in Kyiv. Painter. Academician of the St. Pietierburg Academy of Arts (1874), professor (1878). Pensioner of the Academy in Germany, France, Italy (1869-1872). He studied at the 2nd Kyiv gymnasium under I. Soshenko. Graduated from the St. Pietierburg Academy of Arts (1868). He taught at the Kyiv Drawing School of M. Murashko. One of the organizers of the Kyiv Art School. Participated in exhibitions since 1872.
