Biography
Born in 1915, Kobeliaky (Poltava region). Painter. Member of the Ukrainian Union of Artists (1948). Participant of the Second World War. Recipient of state awards of the USSR. He graduated from Kharkiv Art College (1937) and Kharkiv State Art Institute (1947). Teachers in the specialty: S. Besedin, M. Samokysh, M. Kozyk, Y. Vladymyrov. He taught at this institute, professor (1974). Participant of exhibitions since 1944.
