Biography
Born in 1944, Blyshchad village, Chernivtsi region. Enameler, painter. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1989). Honored Artist of Ukraine (2021). Laureate of the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi City Prize in Fine and Decorative Arts (2010), winner of the Podillia Regional Popularity Rating “Person of the Year 2013” in the nomination “For the Spiritual Revival of the Region”. He studied at the Moscow Correspondence University of Art named after N. Krupskaia. He graduated from the Vyzhnytsia School of Applied Arts (1972) with a degree in Design and Artistic Metal Processing. Teachers in the specialty: P. Lemskyi, V. Zhavoronkov. Participant of exhibitions since 1984.
