Biography
Born in 1859 in St. Petersburg. Graphic artist, painter. Graduated from the Moscow Stroganov Art School (1879). Teacher: F. Yasynovskyi. He taught in educational institutions of Mykolaiv and Odesa (1880-1885), headed the printing workshop of the Odesa Art Institute (1920-1931). Professor (1931). Member of the Society of South Russian Artists (1893), founder of the K. Kostandi Society (1922-1929). Participated in exhibitions since 1879.
