Biography
Born in 1924 in the village of Voronivtsi, Vinnytsia Region. Husband of ceramic artist N. Protorieva. Honored Master of Folk Art of Ukraine (1986). Honored Artist of Ukraine (1994). Member of the NAU (1960). A participant in the Second World War. Combat awards. He graduated from the Kyiv School of Applied Arts (1950). Teachers of the specialty: D. Holovko, O. Hradiunova. He worked at the Vasylkiv majolica factory. Exhibitor since 1957.
