Biography

Born in 1956, Kyiv. Painter, graphic artist. People’s Artist of Ukraine (2006). Honored Artist of Ukraine (1996). Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1985). Graduated from the Kyiv State Art Institute (1982), postgraduate course at the Academy of Arts of the USSR (1988). Teachers in the specialty: M. Ivanov, I. Hryhoriev, V. Chebanyk, M. Derehus, A. Chebykin. Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Kyiv Children’s Academy of Arts (since 1995). Participant of exhibitions since 1982.
