Biography
Born in 1935, Nova Hreblya (Vinnytsia region). Painter. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1983). Honored Artist of Ukraine (2008). Laureate of the Regional Prize named after V. Rozvadovskyi (2001). He graduated from the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv Republican Art School (1956) and the Kyiv State Art Institute (1965). Teachers in the specialty: K. Trokhymenko, A. Plamenytskyi, T. Yablonska. He taught drawing at the Khmelnytskyi Pedagogical College (1965-1968). He worked as an assistant at the Department of Engineering Graphics of the Khmelnytskyi Technological Institute of Consumer Services (1968-1969), chief artist of the Khmelnytskyi Art and Production Complex of the Art Fund of the Ukrainian SSR (1977-1985), deputy director for research at the Khmelnytskyi Regional Art Museum (1986). He taught at the Khmelnytskyi National University (since 2005). Participant of exhibitions since 1965.
