Biography
Born in 1924, Kolky (Volyn region). Painter, teacher. People’s Artist of Ukraine (2005). Member of the National Union of Artists (1963). Participant of the Second World War. He graduated from Lviv School of Applied Arts named after I. Trush (1946 – 1951), Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (1953). Teachers in the specialty: R. Selskyi, Yo. Bokshai. He taught at this institute (1953 – 1984), associate professor (1964) Participant in exhibitions since 1958.
