Biography
Born in 1925, Uzhhorod. Painter. People’s Artist of Ukraine (2000). Member of the National Union of Artists (1958). Laureate of the A. Erdeli and Yo. Bokshai Prize. He studied at the Faculty of Architecture of the Budapest Polytechnic (1943-1944). He graduated from the Uzhhorod Art and Industrial School (1946). Teachers in the specialty: A. Erdeli, Yo. Bokshai, F. Manailo. He taught at this school (1947-1948). Participant in exhibitions since 1946.
