Biography
Born in 1931, Lokhovo (Zakarpattia region). Painter. People’s Artist of Ukraine (2003). Member of the National Union of Artists (1970). Laureate of the Taras Shevchenko State Prize of Ukraine (1994). Graduated from Uzhhorod School of Applied Arts, Department of Painting (1955). Teachers in the specialty: A. Erdeli, Y. Bokshai, F. Manailo. Participant in exhibitions since 1957.
