Biography
Born in 1926, Dnipro. Graphic artist. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1960). People’s Artist of Ukraine (1993). Corresponding Member of the Academy of Arts of Ukraine (2006). Graduated from the Kyiv State Art Institute (1955). Teachers in the specialty: O. Pashchenko, V. Kasiian, I. Pleshchynskyi. He worked in the magazines “Ukraiina”, “Dnipro”, “Zmina”, “Ranok” and others (1955 – 1961). He headed the graphics section of the Kyiv organization of the Ukrainian Union of Artists (1974-1988). Participant of exhibitions since 1955.
