Biography
Born in 1921, Dubrynychi (Zakarpattia region). Painter. People’s Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1964). Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1960). Member of the Ukrainian Union of Artists (1946). He received state awards of the USSR. He graduated from Uzhhorod Real Gymnasium (teacher – Y. Bokshai). He studied privately with A. Erdeli and A. Boretskyi. Participant of exhibitions since 1947.
