Biography
Born in 1938, Vierkhnii Mangirtuy (Buriatia, russia). Painter. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1970). Graduated from Irkutsk Art School (1959) and Kharkiv State Art Institute (1965). Participant of exhibitions since 1967.
