Biography
Born in 1905, Slavuta (Khmelnytskyi region). Painter. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (1932). In 1925-1932, he was a member of the “Artists’ Workshop”. He studied at the Pietrograd Higher State Art and Technical Institute (1923-1925). His teacher was A. Rylov. He worked as a teacher of drawing at the Lieningrad Art and Pedagogical School (1946-1948); scientific and restoration workshops (1950-1960). Participated in exhibitions since 1928.
