Biography
Born in 1924, Yaropovychi (Zhytomyr region). Painter. People’s Artist of Ukraine (1994). Member of the National Union of Artists (1960). Laureate of the Taras Shevchenko State Prize of Ukraine (1994). Participant of the Second World War. State awards of the USSR. He studied at the Magnitogorsk Art Studio (1941-1942). His teacher was B. Diegtiariov. Participant of exhibitions since 1957.
