Biography
Born in 1925 in the village of Inhulo-Kamianka, Kirovohrad region. Ukrainian sculptor, art critic, writer. Honored Artist of Georgia (1971). Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1957). Participant of the Second World War. He received combat awards. Graduated from the Kyiv State Art Institute (1951), teachers: M. Lysenko, M. Helman; postgraduate studies at the Institute of Art History, Folklore and Ethnology of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (1955). Candidate of Arts (1955).
