Biography
Born in 1937 in the village of Bahva, Cherkasy region. Master of decorative and applied arts, ethnographer, local historian. Honored Master of Folk Art of Ukraine (1994). Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1992), National Union of Masters of Folk Art of Ukraine (1992). Laureate of the Danylo Shcherbakivskyi Prize (2003). Graduated from the All-Union People’s University of Arts named after N. Krupska (1972). Participant of exhibitions since 1964.
