Biography
Born in 1902, Kyiv. Painter. Member of the Ukrainian Union of Artists (1938), member of the Association of Contemporary Artists of Ukraine (1927). Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1946). He graduated from the Kyiv Art Institute (1927). Teachers in the specialty: M. Burachek, F. Krychevskyi, L. Kramarenko. He taught at this institute (1933-1964), rector (1940-1944), professor (1947). He headed the workshop of landscape painting (1948-1949). Participated in exhibitions since 1927.
