Empires will fall, but Ukraine has been and will be!
The exhibition is dedicated to the artist’s sister Tetiana Skavronska.
Skavronska Tetiana Mykolaivna, a terrorist defense fighter from Khmelnytskyi. She spent February 24, 2022, in tears, and her five-year-old son Denys was at his grandmother’s house. I remember that day, my sister asked me: “Why do you enlist in the terrorist defense?”. “Men must protect their women and country!” I answered.
On February 25, 2022, I could not contain my emotions and expressed a desire to defend Ukraine from the Moscow occupiers and join the ranks of the terrorist defense.
What a hot temper! She did not wait for someone to do something for her. After a month of military training, she was promoted to the position of radio station manager and went to the east of Ukraine with the soldiers of her brigade. Now her brigade is part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is performing combat missions and helping to methodically destroy the Katsap scum. All so that Ukraine and her young son Denys can sleep peacefully.
Serhii Dubovyk: “Our language is our defense! The Ukrainian alphabet (font composition – ruthenia) on the shield. It is worth noting that the Russian-speaking regions of the country, which were mostly influenced by Russian culture, suffered the most from Russian aggression. Also, everyone knows the narrative of racist propaganda about “protecting the Russian-speaking population.” That is why we are sending Russian culture, and above all, the language, down with the Russian ship. “Nations do not die of a heart attack. First, their language is taken away from them.” (Lina Kostenko).
